Most of us put our alarms of 5 o’clock in the morning and we end up doing waking late round 10:00 am. I am not saying that you will have to do some weight training or yoga or jog in the morning. Just a walk in the morning is enough to boost your energy levels throughout the day. Morning walk helps in weight loss. As we go for a walk in the morning our heart rate increases and the blood flow throughout the body increases. This way the overall metabolic rate of our body also increases. In an America based experiment, some of the obese patients were made to go on a daily walk around the city. When their weights were checked, about 50% of the patients lost their weights through the regular walk. So through this experiment, it is proved that the morning walk can be helpful for weight loss.

A morning walk will increase the activities of the immune cells that are B-cells, natural killer cells, and the T cells. Similarly to the bones, the muscles also lose their strength with time.  By regular walking, you can increase the muscles strength without losing them. Walking in the morning can improve your overall heart health. It is one of the best cardiovascular exercises to perform every morning. Around 40% of the human population is suffering from the heart disease. According to the various studies, the main cause for this is the less active daily routine. Many people think that doing high-intensity exercises can reduce the risk of heart disease in them. But that is not true doing regular morning walk can reduce the risk of heart disease by around 40 %.

When we do regular walk, this will make our heart to work harder that will, in turn, make our heart fit. it has proved that regular morning walk can reduce the risk of second heart attack in a person if the person has already suffered one heart attack in the past.  It will reduce the high blood pressure. it is also helpful in treating hypertension, heart attack, strokes because walking is the most beneficial way to strengthen the heart.

11Planning the rest of the day:

By going on a 30-minute walk in the morning, you can actually do the planning for the rest of the day. In our daily tight schedules, we have very less time left to think. The early morning walk will give us the time to think. We can buddy up with somebody for the regular morning walk. This will neither let you get bored nor it will let your energy level down during the walk. You can walk and talk at the same time.

Most of the people use this free time to think that what they are going to do for the rest of the day and what are their priority works that have to be accomplished. So this way morning walk also has a benefit to plan the day’s activities.
